Entrance Attendant In Illinois Job Details

Hours: 5p.m. to 8p.m. Monday - Friday, 8a.m. to 4:30p.m. Saturday

To greet, and provide assistance when appropriate, all visitors, patients and others as they enter the main lobby, MMC or the Baylis medical building.  Provide information regarding directions and location of specific services.  Proactively works to resolve all questions, concerns and assistance needs to the customer's best interest.  Monitors Baylis/SIU parking ramp and/or E lobby drive.   Valet parks for visitors and/or patients upon request.

Requirements for this position include:

1.        High School education or G.E.D. equivalent.

2.        Must possess valid Illinois drivers license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year MVR will be required).

3.        Experience in driving manual transmission vehicles.

4.        One year experience in position dealing with public.

5.        Excellent guest relations skills.

6.        Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly.
