Master?s degree in human services field plus LCPC or LCSW licensure with three (3) years experience in mental health field required. Proven ability to consistently meet agency productivity standards is required. Previous supervisory experience highly desirable. Must have Valid IL Driver?s License, Must pass agency background check and DCFS fingerprinting. Must have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position.

Ensures continuity of care for consumers suffering from mental illness through direct clinical intervention, monitoring and advocating functions. The Lead is responsible for providing supervisory assistance to Director regarding daily operations of the team staff and clients. Duties include assisting the Director in completing performance evaluations, training and supervising, and other special projects. In the absence of the Director, will also provide back-up supervision.

Provide 13 hours of billable service per week.
