Bachelor?s degree in rehabilitation-related field.   Previous experience in helping professions desirable.  Expressed interest in working with adult psychiatrically disabled population.  Versatility a must due to position responsibilities.  Valid IL driver's license, dependable automobile with appropriate insurance coverage. 

Provide individuals with ongoing job coaching activities necessary to retain employment.  Provide support and guidance, on-site, to program participants and conducts required follow-up services.
