Central Intake RN In Illinois Job Details

Shift: Days and Weekend Rotation
Hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Basic Function:

Screens and accepts referrals to Memorial Health System Post Acute Services. Assures appropriate orders, demographic and payor source information is received and documented. 

Specifications:

1. Registered Nurse with current Illinois License.  BSN preferred.   


2. A minimum of two (2) years experience as a home health nurse is required. 


3. Current CPR certification required. 


4. Thorough understanding of Medicare, IPA, and insurance requirements.


5. Excellent organization and communication skills.  


6. Strong team player.  Critical thinking skills. 


7. Customer service oriented. Positive, proactive approach.  


8. Supportive of Memorial Health System?s Mission, Vision, Values, and Behavioral Standards.
