Basic Function:

As a Speech Pathologist you are responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning, and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.

Requirements for this position include:

1. Illinois licensed/licensed eligible;


2. American Speech/Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification Preferred,


3. CFY Candidate;


4. One year experience preferred;


5. Current CPR certification preferred.
