Responsibilities: Assist in the cafeteria and patient tray line preparation of food for serving. Deliver, serve and pick up all patient trays and assist in the cafeteria tray line as directed. Properly cleans all areas following meals and ensures a sanitary environment in the kitchen, tray line, cafeteria and dish room areas at all times. Requirements: High school graduate or GED equivalent with good penmanship, math, communication and basic clerical skills. Prior food service experience is helpful. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with persons of all ages.
