Hours: Monday thru friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm w/ weekends on call

RN with current State of Illinois license. Previous experience in community mental health is preferred. Must have or obtain/maintain CPR and First Aid certifications. Must have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position. Must have valid IL driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.

Assumes responsibility for mentally ill patients in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. The ACT RN will insure continuity of care for high-risk persons suffering from mental illness through direct clinical intervention, monitoring, and advocacy functions. The ACT RN will implement and coordinate nursing and case management activities for this program with office and community settings.

Participation in ACT after-hours on-call rotation for crisis intervention is required.
