Bachelor's degree required, preferably in social services field, or meet the "Mental Health Professional" designation as determined by the Department of Human Services. Assertiveness and ability to work independently required. Must have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position. Must have valid IL Driver?s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
Position will participate in ACT after-hours crisis intervention program; in addition to functioning as an ACT Case Manager. This individual will be responsible for working with ACT Team Leader to coordinate statistical information. This position will require 4 hours of billable service per day.
