Basic Function:

1.    Assists in data collection for all components of Orthopedic Services.

2.   Coordinates data management activities for all Orthopedic outcome projects.

3.   Provides comprehensive outcomes data for designated patient populations.

Requirements:

1.    Current licensure as an RN in the State of Illinois.

2.    Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience required, orthopedic experience preferred.

3.    Extensive computer knowledge and skills in the areas of managing a database, report generation and statistical compilation.

4.    Experience with Medical Records required.

5.    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible.

6.     Light physical effort.
