3:45 pm - 7:45 pm, with every 4th weekend 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Basic Function: Quickly prepares food items utilizing deep fryer, griddle and convection oven. Cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment. Follows strict guidelines for food service sanitation and food safety. Keeps work area adqequately stocked with food and supplies.
Requirements for the position include:
1. Must be able to read and write.
2. Have one or more years experience in food service.
3. Be able to work under pressure.
