ALMH - Occupational Therapist In Illinois Job Details

Basic Function: 

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. 

Specifications:  Knowledge, Training, Work Experiences:

1. Current Illinois Licensure as Occupational Therapist.


2. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.


3. 2 years experience in Occupational Therapy preferred.


4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


5. Current CPR certification.


6. Respect for patient rights by considering their cultural, psychosocial, and spiritual values.


7. Knowledge of  proper procedure for all Occupational therapy modalities, including age-specific, precautions and contra-indications.
