Basic Function:
Operates within Memorial Medical Center?s corporate and hospital mission, philosophy, goals and objectives. Supports the entire Cardiovascular Division in all aspects of research and outcomes management. Coordinates all of the research projects, data collection, data registries and outcomes improvement projects in the Cardiovascular Division. Maintains positive physician and interdepartmental/intradepartmental relations as well as positive employee morale.
Requirements:
1. RN registered in the state of Illinois.
2. At least three years experience in cardiology.
3. Bachelor?s Degree required; Masters degree required (or being pursued).
4. Demonstrated Leadership or Management Experience.
5. Previous research/data collection or outcomes management experience required
