Must be 21 years of age. Associate degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience in the helping professions for two-years minimum. Must have valid IL driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.

RSA provides community-based rehabilitation services for mentally ill clients in the community. Ensures continuity of care for high-risk persons suffering from mental illness through direct rehabilitation services, monitoring, and advocacy functions.

Provide practical assistance to clients to improve their ability to cope within the community within the least restrictive setting possible.  (for example, assistance may be needed with transportation, budgeting, locating housing, and/or identifying vocational training opportunities).

Support and encourage participation in programs and activities emphasizing community integration.
