This position is located in Lincoln, IL.
High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of one year work experience in the helping professions. Must possess a basic understanding of methods and techniques used in residential programming for the developmentally disabled. Prior DSP certification Preferred.
Promote a living situation which is supportive and strengthening with the goal of helping residents to move to higher levels of personal responsibility. (Budgeting, maintenance of residence, meal planning and preparation, and daily living skills.)
