Basic Function:

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting and placing applicants within

Memorial Health System to ensure a high level of customer service and quality patient care.

The Recruiter is responsible for finding the best and the brightest candidates for our job opportunities

and for creating a great new hire experience. The Recruiter is extremely creative in attracting

candidates and demonstrates mastery in utilization of the applicant tracking system, the Internet

and other recruitment-related tools. This position minimizes time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and vacancy

rates through highly efficient management of candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

Two years experience focusing on healthcare recruitment or 6 years general industry recruitment experience required.

Interpersonal behaviors which exceed customer expectations; creativity in solving issues within appropriate parameters; knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local EEO laws, regulations and requirements.

Strong ability with PC packages in order to maintain and design reports; general correspondence.

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and the ability to work independently.

Must be able to organize and maintain flexible scheduling to coordinate all job responsibilities.
