Basic Function:


The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting and placing applicants within


 Memorial Health System to ensure a high level of customer service and quality patient care. 


The Recruiter is responsible for finding the best and the brightest candidates for our job opportunities


and for creating a great new hire experience.  The Recruiter is extremely creative in attracting


candidates and demonstrates mastery in utilization of the applicant tracking system, the Internet


and other recruitment-related tools.  This position minimizes time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and vacancy


rates through highly efficient management of candidates and hiring managers. 


 

Requirements:



  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field required.

  2. Two years experience focusing on healthcare recruitment or 6 years general industry recruitment experience required.  

  3. Ability to recruit for all levels within the organization.  

  4. PHR Certification preferred.

  5. Interpersonal behaviors which exceed customer expectations; creativity in solving issues within appropriate parameters; knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local EEO laws, regulations and requirements. 

  6. Strong ability with PC packages in order to maintain and design reports; general correspondence.

  7. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and the ability to work independently.

  8. Must be able to organize and maintain flexible scheduling to coordinate all job responsibilities. 

  9. Ability to resolve conflict, maintain tact and human relations. 

  10. Light physical effort.
