Manager, Sportscare In Illinois Job Details

Oversee operations of Memorial SportsCare programs; including outpatient PT/OT, Sports Medicine physician clinics, outreach programs (Athletic Trainers), and performance enhancement / healthy lifestyle programs (Exercise Physiologists).  Serve as experienced senior clinician in provision of care to outpatients.  Shall maintain a reasonable clinical caseload in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.

Requirements for this position include

1.       Illinois licensed/licensure eligible Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

2.       Masters degree or higher in relevant academic discipline preferred.

3.       Minimum of three years clinical experience in broad-based rehabilitation or sports medicine setting.

4.       Excellent communication skills.

5.       CPR certification preferred.

6.       Universal Precautions Category I.

7.     If applicable, must possess valid Illinois drivers license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year MVR will be required).
