MHCCI - Pyshiatric Response Team (PRT) Clinician - Contractual In Illinois Job Details

Master's degree (clinical practicum completed) in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related human service field from accredited university is required. Illinois licensure as LCPC or LCSW and prior experience are preferred.  Must be able to pass background check, drug test, have valid IL Driver's License, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of auto liability insurance.

Position is contractual, and operates after-hours and on weekends.

Makes initial assessments on agency clients or new unattached emergency clients seeking emergency services within the hospital setting and in the community.  Assesses clients in need, makes referrals to local and state psychiatric treatment services and agency crisis residential services depending upon appropriate level of care.  Assess and process SASS and CHIPS referrals and other program referrals as they arise.
