Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related human service field from accredited university is required.  Completion of clinical practicum required. State of IL licensure as LCPC or LCSW and prior experience preferred. Must have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position. Must have valid IL Driver?s License, availability of own transportation, and proof of auto liability insurance.  Must be able to participate in after-hours emergency services as requested. Must be able to complete paperwork per agency policies and requirements of funding source.

Provides diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient services to adults.  Plans, organizes, and provides therapeutic services to clients whose level of functioning indicates they can benefit from outpatient treatment.  

Must be able to meet weekly productivity requirement of at least 25 hours of direct service per week.
