Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. W/ Oncall schedule

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in social services field, or meet the "Mental Health Professional" designation as determined by the Department of Human Services by having 5 years verifiable experience working with mentally ill individuals. Prior mental health experience preferred. Assertiveness and ability to work independently required.  Assertiveness and ability to work independently are required. Must have computer/typing skills.  Must have valid IL Driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance. Requires evenings and weekends.

Must be able to provide at least 25 hours of direct service to clients each week and participate in agency after-hours crisis intervention services as requested.

Provides community-based support services for mentally ill adults in the Assertive Community Treatment program.  Ensures continuity of care for high-risk persons suffering from mental illness through direct clinical intervention, monitoring, and advocacy functions.
