Basic Function: This position is responsible for decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, disinfecting and storing supplies and equipment for all patient-care areas. This position is also responsible for restocking the OR, maintaining specialty carts for the OR and assisting with all other processing activities as needed.
Requirements for this position include:
- High School graduate required
- Ability to read and write
- Manual dexterity and good mechanical skills
- One year in processing or related field is preferred but not required
