This position is located in Lincoln, IL.

Bachelor?s degree in special education or related human service field, plus one or more years experience in providing services to developmentally disabled individuals.  Must meet criteria for certification as a Qualified Support Professional (QSP). Must have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position.

Performs instructional duties as assigned by supervisor.  Assists supervisor in monitoring developmental training services.

Assist in planning and developing therapeutic activities designed to prepare clients for program participation. Instruct clients in activities designed for developing good self-care, work readiness skills, socialization, behavior skills, and/or instructor and supervise clients in actual work. Track clients' progress to provide an ongoing analysis of service effectiveness, and maintain a record keeping system necessary for appropriate program review. Assist in the development of services ensuring compliance with DMHDD Program Certification, and CARF standards.
