The position is responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting and placing applicants within Memorial Health System in compliance with all federal, state and local employment regulations.  Position will work closely with manager to review, create and deploy new strategies and provide assistant with enhancing the recruitment process.  Facilitates programs/events that are designed to attract and retain employees.  Researches and documents the effectiveness of efforts used to maintain an adequate workforce, suggesting changes to continually improve the recruitment process.  Evaluates job applicants to determine their suitability for employment within the System and offer recommendations regarding employment decisions.  Continually evaluates department needs and develop recruitment strategies/action plans.  Represents the System by attending job fairs, special events/programs and other career related functions.  Candidate will work closely with Recruitment Manager


 


Requirements of the position include:



  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a minimum of 6 years recruiting experience. 

  2. Two years experience focusing on healthcare recruitment.   

  3. Ability to recruit for all levels within the organization.   

  4. PHR Certification preferred.

  5. Interpersonal behaviors which exceed customer expectations; creativity in solving issues within appropriate parameters; knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local EEO laws, regulations and requirements. 

  6. Strong ability with PC packages in order to maintain and design reports; general correspondence.

  7. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.

  8. Must be able to organize and maintain flexible scheduling to coordinate all job responsibilities. 

  9. Ability to resolve conflict, maintain tact and human relations. 

  10. Light physical effort.
