Basic Function: Develop, implement and administer a viable program to provide outreach reference laboratory services. Manage all operations activities associated with the outreach program including accessioning, Call Center, referred testing, registration and billing.

Requirements for this position include:

1.       Bachelor?s degree in Clinical Lab Sciences, Biology, or related field required.

2.       Certification as a medical technologist, MT (ASCP) required.

3.       Minimum of five years experience as a Medical Technologist required.

4.       Minimum 1-3 years supervisory and/or demonstrated leadership experience required.

5.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

6.       Excellent customer services skills.

7.       Moderate physical effort (driving motor vehicle).  Must possess valid Illinois drivers license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year MVR will be required).
