Basic Function: This position is involved in the preparation of desserts and other bakery items for use in food service for patients, employees and other visitors to the cafeteria.
Requirements for this position include:
1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred
2. Six or more months experience in dessert and bakery preparation.
3. Medium physical effort.
4. If applicable, must possess valid IL drivers license and must be deemed an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year MVR will be required). Must be able to operate automatic shift vehicle.
