Basic Function:
Supports the Recruitment Team by assisting with the timely sourcing, screening, selecting, and paperwork
requirements of applicants within Memorial Health System in compliance with all federal, state and local
employment regulations. The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for collaborating with the Recruiters to
find the best and the brightest candidates for our job opportunities and for creating a great new hire experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Superior customer service skills which exceed customer expectations as well as excellent communication in both written and verbal format.
3. Creativity in solving issues within appropriate parameters.
4. Knowledge and familiarity of relevant EEO/Labor Laws such as Title VII, NLRA, ADEA, ADA, and other such regulations.
5. Strong ability with Microsoft office products in order to maintain and design reports, general correspondence and special programs/events.
6. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and the ability to work independently.
7. Light physical effort.
