Perform a combination of tasks in preparing, transporting, serving, and cleaning functions in order to provide quality food and service to patients, employees, and guests.
Requirements for this position include: ability to read and write; one or more years experience in food service; must possess as valid Illinois Department of Public Health food handler's certificate within 6 months of date of hire; ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders; ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
