Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma plus 2 years experience in the helping professions or Associates degree required. Good interpersonal and communication skills desirable. Must have computer/typing skills. Must be able to lift and carry at least Forty pounds for storing of commodities, assist in setting up rooms, and lift clients if required. Must become CPR certified.
Supports group home residents in meeting their Individual Treatment Plan goals and monitors compliance with medication and progress in coordination with case managers. Organizes household functions including laundry, grocery inventories, stocking groceries, meal preparation, etc.
