Basic Function:


The Human Resources Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing, planning and implementing recruitment strategies to enable Memorial Health System to attract and retain top talent that will enable the organization to become a national leader for excellence in patient care. The Recruitment Manager will lead the planning and implementation of recruitment, placement and transfer of people for positions in compliance with all federal, state and local employment regulations and coordinate with the Workforce Planning and Development department in the execution of common/complementary strategies.


Specifications: Knowledge, Training, Work Experiences:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Advanced degree desirable.



  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.



  • Five years healthcare recruitment experience is required. A combination of five years human resource experience and other professional level experience may be considered. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.



  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff is essential.



  • Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills required.



  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects from start to finish including the development, measurement and reporting of key performance indicators.



  • Demonstrated work recruiting motivating and leading a team toward critical goal attainment.



  • Knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations and requirements regarding employment and employment activities is required.
