Master's degree in psychology, counseling or closely related human service field plus 1 year experience required.  State of Illinois licensure as LCP or LSW required.  Proven ability to consistently meet agency productivity standards for Case Management Program is required. Must have have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position.

Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the ACT Team, supervise movement of clients within the ACT program, ensure ACT documentation and compliance with all funding sources and agency policy and procedures.
