Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related human service field is required. Completion of clinical practicum required. Illinois licensure as LCPC or LCSW and prior experience preferred.
Provides age-appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient mental health services to children and/or their families. Must be able to meet productivity requirement of at least 25 direct service hours per week.
