Basic Function: Responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems. Serves as liaison w/ information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems. Continually monitors HR information needs; recommends new equipment or software in support of HR objectives. Provides technical support to Human Resources end users. Compiles data to provide statistics and metrics to HR leadership.
Requirements for this position include:
1. Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, MIS or other related field. Four or more years equivalent applied knowledge in an information systems environment, particularly in specific areas such as business, finance, customer support or project management may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
2. Minimum of 3years system analyst experience. Experience with Lawson and API is preferred.
3. Experience in project management and related tools is preferred
4. Knowledge of Human Resources/Payroll processes required
5. Proficient in report writing, specifically using; Crystal or Access, required.
6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
7. Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills required.
8. Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
9. Demonstrated ability to execute projects from start to finish including the development, measurement and reporting of key performance indicators
10. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
