Basic Function:  Locates, logs, delivers, and files medical records as required.

Specifications: Knowledge, Training, Work Experiences:

1)      High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

2)      Ability to operate office equipment such as photocopier and fax machine.  Experience with computer billing system preferred.

3)      Previous medical records experience preferred.
