Basic Function: Under the supervision of the Director of Ancillary Services, plans, organizes and coordinates the functioning of the Pharmacy Department.  Administers policies and procedures to meet the customers that TMH serves.  Supervises the daily activities of staff pharmacists and technician in a manner so as to provide efficient services to our customers.

Requirements for this position include:  Knowledge, Training, & Work Experiences:  Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy;  Illinois State licensure; 3 to 5 years experience in clinical pharmacy field;  A minimum of 2 years demonstrated managerial experience preferred;  Self directed, highly motivated to work without direct supervision;  Excellent communication skills.
