The Staff Educator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating various training needs and programs system-wide. This position focuses on planning educational activities to meet identified needs, utilizing adult learning principles. In addition, the Staff Educator will plan and present computer training for house-wide computer systems, specifically on Microsoft Office 2000.

Requirements for this position include: a B.S. in education, communication, human resources, information systems or related field; two years experience in planning and conducting training programs with demonstrated ability to teach others to use word processing, spreadsheet, email and database software packages; excellent communication and customer service skills is a must.
