Basic Function: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, protocols and guidelines. Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and is a clinical resource for others.

Requirements for this position include: Illinois Licensed Occupational Therapist with at least two years clinical experience; CPR Certification required; must provide own transportation to and from patient's home, medical facilities, etc.
