Basic Function: The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.

Requirements for this position include: graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy; Illinois eligible or licensed Physical Therapist; basic knowledge in physical therapy practices in accordance with P.T. Practice Act; CPR certification preferred.
