Basic Function: Under the general direction of the Sr. Vice President and Chief People Officer, performs a variety of secretarial and administrative support duties in direct support of the Sr. Vice President and Chief People Officer, the Administrator of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and the Administrator of Human Resources.
Requirements for this position include:
1. High School graduate and completion of a program in Secretarial Sciences or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum five years of secretarial experience.
3. Superior keyboarding skills, minimum speed of 60 wpm.
4. Excellent knowledge of word processing/computer skills required. Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Possess transcription capabilities and experience.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
7. Excellent language, grammar and composition skills required.
8. Demonstrate excellent human relations and communication skills.
9. Decision-making and problem-solving skills; demonstrate initiative and self-directed, motivation skills.
10. Excellent organizational skills.
