Basic Function: Identify, develop and implement strategic OD initiatives that enhance performance, productivity, and employee engagement levels.  Assesses needs in order to develop and deliver practical business solutions with measurable results.

 

 

 

Requirements for this position include: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field required; Minimum of five (5) years experience as an organizational development consultant with strong consultative and diagnostic skills; Demonstrated understanding in learning and organization development principles and methodologies (e.g. adult learning principles, instructional design, competency modeling, mentoring, coaching, leadership development, team development and change management); Ability to handle multiple projects at once; Advanced facilitation skills coupled with exceptional listening skills; strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated competency in presentations, classroom and small group instruction; Demonstrated excellent human relations skills and a proven ability to work with a broad range of people in diverse settings; Demonstrated consultation skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships at all levels; Demonstrated ability to evaluate and measure the quantitative and qualitative impact of interventions and to make sound, data-based decisions; Demonstrated proficiency with computer/technical skills with reporting and presentation tools utilizing Microsoft Office applications; American Society of Training and Development Training Certificate within 6 months of hire (provided after employment).
