Basic Function: Responsible to facilitate the delivery of high quality treatment and education services to patients of all ages and will enhance functioning of multi-disciplinary teams through provision of specific educational modalities.

Requirements for this position include: Master's Degree in related field, preferably with experience in a hospital milieu; state certification as necessary to perform the job (i.e., LCSW, LCPC); working knowledge of addictions and their multi-faceted impact; certified drug & alcohol counselor or eligible.
