Basic Function: The basic function of this position is to provide nursing care to assigned patients through the use of nursing process in accordance with standard nursing practice and established nursing policies and procedures. Coordinates the care rendered by ancillary personnel. Supervises the care rendered by Home Health Aides.

Requirements for this position include: must be licensed to practice professional nursing in Illinois (a BSN is preferred); minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in an acute care setting or it's equivalent is mandatory; home Health experience preferred; current CPR certification required; must have a valid drivers' license in Illinois and able to drive.
